I am exasperated by Huawei 's appalling in fact non existent customer service. I gave even written to the uk directors who do not reply. My complaint has been ongoing since May of this year. Hassan, Benjamin, jenny, harry, nikolas, james sargent, rhian james plus orhers who tell me customer relations will contact me and pay ne the money they owe me. But i have had no communication whatsoever. Whay morecan one do? My adice is eith plenty other tech providers out there go elsewhere!
