I purchased $50.00usd digital code for $48. I knew it was sketchy but the website seemed legit. Delivery was instant but could not redeem due to low balance. I literally needed to escalate it to credit card resolution dept since this business cannot own hp to their mistake. Dear customer, Greetings from SEAGM. Kindly be informed that our company does enforce a return policy which stated on the website that "Any form of CD Key, Time Card, Expansion, Game Points, Pre-paid Card, Trial/Beta/Item Code sold is neither refundable nor exchangeable.".
