Outstandingly bad customer experience
I ordered an item on 2nd February 2022 which appears to be in stock; the website claims it will be shipped in 1-3 days. It's now 25th February and the item has still not been shipped. I tried querying the delay a couple of days ago - via their recommended channel, a 24/7 live chat - and I'm yet to hear anything back.
