About - Qoo10 Although the item is cheap but the sellers can be very irresponsible. Consumers are not able to review the seller even after they played punk on the buyer. Buyer could only review after they received the item. Its a one-sided deal. My advice is buyer be prepared not to receive any item at all and the review might be overratted. About Seller - 'MISS-CRYSTAL' We understand you are facing issue but asking me to cancel is very irresponsible after I voice out my concern. We also have deadlines and plans to meet. I could have found another buyer instead of waiting till its close-up to the holiday plans. In another words, you overpromised buyers and yet expect buyer to cancel the order to cover up for your own mistake. Absolutely disgusting! Unfortunately, after the restock ,the 2nd restock the supplier only gave us ⅓ of the stock. WE are lost too, however this isnt an excuse to disappoint all my great and loyal customers. I was really disappointed and angry at my supplier but we hope that you can understand the situation we all are in right now.
