The support team contacted me promptly, identified my mistake, and provided a new code, which I have not yet tried. Be aware that, if the code does not work and you want to request a refund, you are required to make a video showing the moment you enter the code. This was not a clear condition to me. I will update this review if there are any further issues. If there is no update, the new code either worked or I received a refund.
