Customer Service needs improvement
My first time ordering from Uniqso and I had really good expectations and was super excited. However I am now very frustrated and hesitant to order from them again. I paid for 8-12 day shipping, it’s been two weeks and I still don’t have my order. My tracking link hasn’t had a change or update in 6 days so I have no idea where my order is, and when I tried to reach out via email I’ve had no response from anyone. Disappointed in the customer service end of things, I hope whenever my contacts show up that they’re good quality and worth the hassle this has been.
