Great and helpful Customer service. I can understand the order status very easily and get fast status update via the email from customer service. And I feel comfortable because of 1outlet customer service. I will rate 5 stars if my order can be received successfully : ) but I understand the situation. I think I will use 1outlet to buy in the future.
