Excellent support
Had a few issues with e SIM working and a plan I accidentally purchased thinking it was an additional e SIM required. Contacted support via what's app and I have to say there support is probably the best I've ever experienced. Not just in terms of something online but in general. They were fast at assisting me and issue the refund was fast and done without any issues. Money back in my account within 1 day. Shame not all companies could operate like this.
