Lazadas refund system is lengthy and complicated I gave up in the end I returned an item that was not as advertised, I inquired about my refund I was told it would go into my bank within 3 to 7 working days after waiting I got in touch again and was told something entirely different after hours of messaging and them trying to get me to jump through hoops I gave,I was happy with site up till then and there are trader's on there who have misleading ads. I always pay Co,d and check items this time I didn't I would advocate if you do use lazada then pay cash on delivery but open your package and check before paying.
