Unreasonable and unfair in business…
Unreasonable and unfair in business practice. Refused to allow exchange just because shoes were at a sale price online though I offered to top up on full price. It’s not as if the size I wanted is out of stock. In this internet age such business practices are outdated and so customer unfriendly. I am still awaiting their response on a follow up matter.
