I had not obtained an Indonesia business visa since 2018 and had experienced some issues with the online application system they require. Ms Angela Cobanov was so helpful. She re-typed my reply to the Indonesian Consulate and smoothed the process for me. I think she went out of her way to make the process work. Thanks Angela!!
