Not able to handle more than one country.
I had pre-purchased separate eSIMs for my trip to Croatia and Amsterdam, including additional ones for my partner. Right from the start, things were confusing — the emails I received showed a bundled eSIM for me and two separate ones for my partner. It took quite a while to get a response from support, but eventually they helped me set up the eSIMs and assured me they would automatically activate upon arrival in each country. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. When I arrived in Croatia, none of the eSIMs worked. I had to connect to airport Wi-Fi to reach support again, and after another delay, they resent configuration emails and walked me through the setup — this time it finally worked. That experience alone was frustrating enough for me to reconsider using them. But when we got to Amsterdam, the same issue happened again — no service. This was especially inconvenient because I needed data for a ride-share, and I ended up having to take an overpriced taxi instead. Support was extremely slow to respond — it took days. I eventually purchased a new eSIM from another company, which worked flawlessly. When Jetpac finally replied, they claimed my plan had expired — even though they had activated it early themselves, despite assuring me it would only start once I arrived. I honestly don’t understand how this company has such high ratings. I’ve used other providers before without any issues. It’s simply not worth the hassle, even at their lower prices.
