No Service and unflexible
Really the worst experience i had with a airline. a flight was changed by time and the further cancelled. So i had to wait 34 hours for another flight, costs for the hotel i didn't receive from the airline. in general a very low service and unflexible if there comes problems. it is not a restaurant, i know, but the food is a disaster, also the board service. Better choose air china, there i had never problems. please don't book this incompetence !!!
