SCAMMERS
Absolute scammers. Good thing I payed through paypal so I could dispute my transaction. They kept coming up with excuses like "oh we have to verify your information again before we give you your gold" or "oh due to the coronavirus it's gonna be really slow k". DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS.
