you charged me 3 times for an order
you charged me 3 times for an order. you refunded me just 1/3 of what you have charged me. I asked you several time to refund me the other 1/3 and sent you screenshots of the charges already 2 times and everytime you say you will refund me then close the case and then you didn't do absolutely nothing and say the same things over and over asking me again over and over the proof of the charges. I am very upset and I will not recommend this app cause the customer service is ridiculous. If you will not refund me the missing amount I will ask a chargeback to my bank. Refund me immediately.
