I was taken very well care of in an extremely timely fashion by a helpful, polite ,respectful and friendly person called Ricardo Rios. I would advise anyone who interact with the help desk to treat the people with respect and you will both be prioritized and treated very respectfully. This has been my experience across the board with this prop firm. Well done!
