Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service I ordered on January 16th 2020 I was informed a week later that the order may be behind and that they understood if I wanted a refund. I asked for said refund and it has been over a month and I have not heard anything back from customer service. And I have emailed them 4 more times to no avail. My items shipped FOREVER ago but no updated tracking number. No idea where the F it is. Its was $80 US dollars and I ended up paying $110 CAN. Should have read the reviews before ordering I guess. SMH.
