Happy with Super King Memory Foam mattress
Bought a super king mattress recently directly from the Inofia website. I didn't initially get any confirmation email and, other than the PayPal transaction record, I had no proof of purchase. I then saw the reviews here and panicked. I emailed Inofia twice and didn't get a reply, so I opened a Paypal case. The next day I got a reply that they'd been away on a business trip and I got all the order confirmation and tracking details generated before I opened the PayPal case. The mattress arrived quickly. It was in a branded box and is as described. We're both finding it comfortable at the moment and have been using it about 3 weeks, so I hope this continues. No chemical smell and seems good quality for a fraction of the cost we've paid before for Nectar and Dreamcloud. It's better than both of those in our opinion. Hubby is 20 stone and is comfortable and finds the mattress supportive. I'm and have no motion transfer from him moving around. I worried when I saw the bad reviews, but I needn't have honestly. Delivery was about 5 working days for us.
