Great filament, awful shipping
I will start by saying the filament itself is great. It prints well and I have no complaints about using it. The shipping is a completely different issue. The 3 boxes of filament arrived without an outer box. Just the usual filament boxes strapped together so tightly that the straps were cutting into the boxes. The boxes were also beat up and ripped. This also led to minor damage to the cardboard spool holder on one of the rolls. Edit: Elegoo reached out right away and have told me they are working to remedy the issue and even gave me a coupon. Great customer service that wanted to make this right.
