Great supplier, although not very communicative.
Product arrived a week after order (Toshiba Satellite replacement battery). Part exactly as described, direct replacement, well packaged for shipping. I took off one star because the only confirmation I got about my order was my Paypal receipt. I mailed the supplier asking about expected delivery times and heard nothing back, so was a little worried. However, it all turned out OK.
