Prolonged shakes are terrific
Prolonged shakes are terrific! I enjoy the berry flavor and add fresh berries often. My energy is sustained through the AM including days I go to 45 minute reformer Pilates class and/or the gym. I am 72 year old female. Never disappointed with any Prolon product.
