Toujours en attente de résolution
Hello, I find it unacceptable that such a simple issue is taking so long to be resolved. It has now been over 4 months that I’ve been waiting for a clear response regarding an incomplete parcel. This kind of incident should never take this long to be handled. As of today: • I no longer use your services, • I no longer recommend AllChinaBuy to people around me, even though I used to be a loyal customer, • And I have now left a negative review on Trustpilot, which will remain online until proper compensation is offered. I urge you to take this matter seriously. Unless a satisfactory solution is provided, my position will remain unchanged. UPDATE after your message: I contacted you by email but you are always being polite, I will stop wasting my time with you, best regards
