It has been weeks since you said i would get the refund. I returned it two weeks ago after you first arranged collect from wrong address and the messages were your team needed to inspect it first. Two weeks after it was collected messages have changed to looking into it. Again I am still messaging every day and this is not good for my health. Has it been lost? I have asked directly several times. For some reason something only happens when I post on here. PLEASE HELP
