The worst Chinese airline ever
The worst Chinese airline ever. Do NOT fly with them!! They cancelled my middle domestic leg and rescheduled for 2 days later. Tried calling their help desk 5 times (asking to change destination on the same day three times got denied, cancelling the flight for lounge access denied and cancelling the flight altogether denied - they say if I miss this domestic leg 2 days later I miss my last international leg). This airline is absolute trash and the customer service team is useless and incompetent.
