Refund not processed.
Hello, good afternoon. The card I used to make the purchase ends with 512998******7334, but you informed me that the refund was made to a card ending with MasterCard - 4081. And to this day I still haven't received the refund.

My order has been refunded. However, it hasn't been reflected on my card yet, it's been more than the average time.
