Customer service is EVERYTHING!
I promised my Rep, once I received my last order, I'd give my review. I received my items, and keeping my word. LOL! I'm very pleased with the merchandise I've gotten from Lovely. My last order didn't arrive as quickly as my first order, however, what pleased me was, I got a "timely" response to my inquiry and a week later I received my goods. Lovely now has a customer for life, as long as they are in business.
