Not What I Expected
I give a three star rating because they do have good customer service. The hair itself I am questioning. Before I even opened the pack I smelled the chemical smell. When I took the hair out of the pack I was overwhelmed by the smell. When I washed it the water was dark brown. I did a burn test and it is human hair. When I look at all the promo videos on YouTube they say the hair has no smell to it. So either the influencer is lying or this company is sending them their best hair but doing their consumers dirty that make every day purchases.
