Autelsale.com has a return policy that I have followed exactly. They refuse to give me a return address unless I justify my reason to return. I told them that the tool did not perform like it was supposed to and then I asked for a refund address, but they refuse to give it to me. it is like they are holding the address hostage. If I knew about how they treat customers I would not have bought from them. I even said I would pay the 10% restocking fee. I would think long and hard before I bought from them!!
