Ethically challenged
Ethically challenged. I placed a fairly large order. They later created two new orders from the first. Only neither of the new orders contained one of the parts I paid for. I guess they were hoping I would not notice. New invoice 1 parts were shipped and I cancelled new invoice 2 and requested a refund for invoice two and the part that disappeared from the invoices. They refused to issue a refund for the part that disappeared and created a third invoice, to try to claim the shipping charges refunded with invoice 2 were actually reimbursement for the part that disappeared. I have never encountered such dishonest practices 3/16/2020 Fitinpart is full of crap. PayPal refunded my money. If you do not provide a part, you need to refund the monies you received for that part. Fitinpart is completely and repeatedly dishonest.
