DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY
I ordered a dress for my daughter but was advised by a friend to cancel due to shipping uncertainty from China and bad reviews. I followed the instructions on the website to cancel as this has to be done within 24 hours or you will not receive a full refund. I completed this process 5 times and have still had no response other than to say my payment has been processed and order is going ahead?! I have emailed repeatedly and had no response even though it states replies within 24 hours- that’s rubbish. I am resorting to disputing the transaction with my credit card company because I have done everything they said to do to cancel yet JJS House are still holding on to the payment. I have no idea whether the product is any good but if the customer service is any indication I’d give it a wide berth. If something looks too good to be true, it usually is. Lesson learned. I have since had a reply on messenger stating they will refund me IF I take down my negative reviews on Sitejabber and Trustpilot, !!! Blackmail aswell as fraud!
