Accepted order for book they didn’t have and then canceled order without informing me.
Sold me a book they didn’t have in stock. Days later I notice a refund from American Express. Turns out it’s the for the book I purchased. There are no emails from BiggerBooks informing me of any issue. I log on to see they did indeed cancel the order and issued a refund… all silently, with no communication from the seller.
