We've been with Napo for several years on a lifetime policy. Our dog was diagnosed with epilespy and had numerous hospital visits, repeat prescriptions and health checks through the years. For every single claim, Napo quickly confirmed and paid with no issue. The annual renewal prices were more than we were expecting, but with an unhealthy dog and increasing insurance costs nationwide, we were always well within getting our money and policies worth with them. Our dog passed away recently, and dealing with final claims for his policy were made so much easier by the genuinely friendly support team who helped us through every step with care (thank you Steph).
