Poor communication
Placed my order on the 3rd of February, but didn't get a comfirmed delaivery dte until after they acknowledged my payment was received, 7 - 20 days. Family member ordered same part and it got here in two days as it said b-4 hitting enter. Been trying to return the item since receiving it 2 weeks ago. Sent several emails with only response to question why I wanted to return item. Paypal wasn't any help. They dismissed my claim since I'd received the item. WARNING: the cheapest is NOT always the most reliable. Didn't even know that they were based in China until I saw the 7 - 20 days deliveery span. Raye
