I ordered a dress early January without reading the reviews outside of the website. After doing so I was extremely worried that I had too been scammed by this website, as after tracking my order after a few weeks of placement I was told it had yet to be processed. I immediately tried to cancel my order however I was unable to due to lack of communication and customer service. I gave up hope of ever getting my prom dress and believed I had just lost £150. To my surprise after 8 weeks after placing my order, my dress arrived! It looked exactly like the picture on the website and was a beautiful colour and quality and I was over the moon at how well the custom measurement fit me. I have to give only 3 stars due to the stress and worry this website gave me and the lack of customer service however I am very happy with my dress overall.
