Beware, they are a scam!
I have been with them for almost 8 years and the monitoring has gone up and up and this month went up $10! It is not worth it for what little I have, so I found a company who will monitor for less than half of that. I have to buy the equipment, which was on sale. I got it today, installed it and called Alder to cancel. The account manager informed me that the contract I signed in August 2017 stated that after the 60 months are up, if I did not cancel then it would renew for another 60 months. What? He emailed me the contract I signed and it does state that. What a scam. So now I am screwed. They say that I will owe them over $1660 if I cancel. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
