Extremely frustrating experience
My experience was extremely frustrating! And when I finally received my order it was wrong. I ordered 9 cushion covers, only two of them with cushions. I kept saying there was something wrong because the total was too expensive. Now I know why. I received all the covers with new cushions! The quality is fine and shipping and delivery were also. It was just the ordering that was very confusing. No one understood what a knife edge cushion is. I had great difficulty understanding the customer service people. And I ended up spending about $200 more than I expected to. Am I happy with the results? Yes. But I don’t think I would do it again.
