Good Customer Service, Limited Results
I have been using this oil for about two years for haemorrhoids. I would like to start by saying that the customer service has been very good. The company was responsive, refunded me for two bottles, and also provided a free bottle, which I genuinely appreciate. Their support and willingness to help have been positive throughout my experience. In terms of the product itself, I found that it provided some temporary relief from discomfort, which can be helpful. However, in my experience, it did not lead to any lasting improvement or fully resolve the condition, even with long-term use. Overall, while the product may be useful for short-term relief, I feel it’s important for others to understand that results can vary. I do appreciate the company’s effort to support their customers and handle concerns fairly.
