I strongly advise against using Hix.ai
I subscribed to Hix.ai's monthly unlimited credits plan for 30 Euros, but my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Just a few days into using the service, I faced major issues. Despite being charged, I'm constantly met with an error message: "There is an issue with your credit usage. Please contact us at support AT hix.ai to fix it and restore your usage." Customer support is virtually non-existent. I've reached out multiple times, hoping for assistance, but my emails have gone unanswered, leaving me both frustrated and out of pocket. Due to this appalling service and complete lack of customer support, I strongly advise against using Hix.ai. Their practices are unethical, and their disregard for paying customers is astonishing. Spare yourself the hassle and financial loss by steering clear of this unreliable and unresponsive service.
