POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have tried to make contact now for four days regarding a refund I am owed. Called 866-615-4339 where I heald for at least 12 minutes or more each time. Requested a call back and never received a call back. Pushed * to continue to hold as they request and my call was dropped. Call 800-397-4485 three times requesting management help and was put in line to hold again then call dropped. Also emailed and have not received a response. Poor customer service...what problems they must have to not be able to answer customers calls.
