Classic bait and switch
Classic bait and switch! Advertisement showed Peter Thomas Roth product...after three weeks the ordered arrived with some cheap knock-off that did NOTHING! Actually got customer service to respond but would only offer back $8. Full refund only if sent back to China at my expense which is obviously cost prohibitive. I've filed a complaint with econsumer.gov SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!
