Finally...
After they did a good job on my previous one did another for something current. Seemed, like a mistake. I still haven’t gotten my order done. Support was pretty useless, telling me the person was either on lunch or off. The person named Ellen never talks to me to keep me updated. This lack of communication is tiresome to deal with and annoying. She promises me they would get it done tomorrow, ends up never sending me a text, nor is my order done. Very disappointed... guess I overestimated them. This is probably the last time I order this type of service from them. Guess the pervious one was just a one time sort of thing. Note: Update!!! So, they finally got my order done this morning. Still no communication makes it frustrating to deal with. I was going to order this same fight with another character, but with how long this took, kinda doubt it. I’m not exactly satisfied but hey at least they got it done. I’m not to sure if I’ll use the power level service for current stuff again... we’ll see but older stuff they do a good job on. Overall, this order experience was annoying and frustrating to deal with.
