I placed the order on February 20th 2026 today is April 20th 2026. As of today I have not received the product or a refund. The company keeps telling me because I did not receive the product and the product is not going to be shipped back to their warehouse by the postal service that they need to deduct the shipping from my refund. That's ridiculous and very poor business. It is not my fault that they're shipping method fell through it was their choice to choose the method that they chose. I paid for the product and full and I would like to receive a full refund. Very shady company I suggest you do not ever deal with them for any product
