I will never order from Lighinmoon again
I ordered two shirts on March 11, 2025. It is now May 6, 2025 and I have not received the shirts and have received no updates. When I reached out to their customer service via email, they sent me a tracking number and link to use to input the tracking number to see the status. They stated in their email to me: "As we checked, your order is on its way to you normally. The system might have some delay these days. Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team" The status is showing that the shirts were sent to the United States (where I live) weeks ago and then for some inexplicable reason were sent to China. I will never order from this company again.
