Poorly made, unfair return policy
This is regarding an order from Oct 2022, as I was so frustrated that I ultimately stuck the strap in a drawer and forgot about it. The strap I ordered arrived poorly made, sewing was crooked and as such the strap had an odd curve to it. It looked cheap, not worth what I paid. The process to attempt a refund was frustrating, as the seller’s first response was to blame me. Then the only option given was either a $15 refund, or I’d have to pay $15-$25 to send the strap back to China. Which is ridiculous, the customer should never have to incur costs for returning a defective item. I gave up because I got frustrated and was spending too much time on the back and forth, but now thinking back I’m very angry that I was scammed. It is very risky to order from this seller, as the customer will be out money even with their “money back guarantee.”
