I am very unhappy with both the lack of service I paid for and for the lack of resolution for the matter. I prepaid for the parking and to have my car to have an interior detailing. The only reason I parked here was to get the detailing done. That did not happen at all. I then when into the office to get a refund and was told they would refund the cost of the detailing but it would take five days for it to hit my credit card. I feel I should get a FULL REFUND for your lack of service. If this is not resolved to my satisfaction I will never use you again!!!! Shane
