So far So good!! I just got my first bottle and the shade was a little lighter than I expected. Sent an email and got an immediate response. They offered me a new shade and all I had to do was pay $4.99 shipping. I got to keep the wrong shade, and saved time and $$ on returning the first bottle. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
