Great source of original parts, some quirks that I have noticed are..
All the parts have arrived genuine and no damage. My complaint is that sometimes some parts that are deemed unavailable are not quickly communicated to me, notifying me only when the package has already shipped. I think Fitinpart could improve on this by quickly notifying me on other available suppliers when they receive no response on a particular part that I have ordered, well ahead of the dispatch date. Another quirk that I have experienced recently is when one of the couriers (FedEx) refunding the shipping delivery fee to my card only to charge me higher than what was quoted when it was delivered to my doorstep. Maybe Fitinpart could sort this type of issue from happening again in the future?
