Order hasn't arrived
Order hasn't arrived. I bought a keyboard and the tracking information says it was delivered, however I haven't received anything, all epomaker says is to contact USPS, I have no proof of the keyboard not arriving therefore I can't do anything, I asked for a refund or ideally a replacement and all they did was send me a survey to rate my experience. Not the first time I have heard that orders through the main website get lost and never arrive.
