This place is awful
This place is awful, I had to order the same phone twice. The first time after a week of no updates I emailed them to see why it wasn't shipped, Jessica responded with an email saying I had to pay another 100 or wait another 2 or 3 week. The phone I ordered said in stocks ships within 24 hours. So I waited and waited for my refund, once I received that, I replaced me order with the reassurance from Jessica it would ship the next day, and I would have the phone in 7 to 10 days. Well I reordered 2 days later still not shipped, I emailed Jessica again and was told it was shipped. The next day I received a tracking number. Well I checked the tracking number and it said shipping label created. It stayed like that for almost another week, then finally the phone started moving, I paid 40 extra usd to have it to me in 7 to 10 days. 3 weeks later still no phone. Now I leave town for work for the next 2 weeks, and I will have a 1200 dollar phone sitting outside. Do NOT buy from Giztop awful place.
