We were told one thing that our home needed based on what we had with Direct Tv. At installation we were told another which caused an additional charge of $52. Then after the fact, after giving specific instructions NOT TO DRILL INTO OUR HOME, the tech did 3 times. Contacted claims, filed claim. Was given a sympathetic response and empty promises and then all communication was stopped. There is STILL a mess in my yard and open wires laying in my flowerbed. So had I known all this, I would have stayed with Direct TV. I was warned, but changed anyways. Very unhappy. VERY.
